Florida Haitian Realtor

I just landed here in this group yesterday, but I have to say I’m so amazed at the amount of support and positivity in this group already…just wow. I love this for us! Our community needs this!

It’s interesting how this group started and it’s concept. Yesterday, I was in Orlando (I service PB/PSL) and needed some direction with a customer. I was able to reach out to three not just one Haitian RE professional. This is a true testament of the support this group provides to us all!!

Midlaine Richard-Pean

My first experience with HREPA happened when I met Kayla at an event and noticed her HREPA shirt. I had no idea we had a Haitian Real Estate Professional Association, and I was immediately interested. I introduced myself, told her I was also a realtor, and asked for more information. She was so warm and welcoming, shared what the organization was about, and added me to the group chat that same day.

Since joining, I can honestly say it’s been a great decision. The group chat is extremely helpful when I needed a business sign within 48 hours, someone connected me to a vendor who handled everything with same-day printing and pickup. Everyone I’ve met has been supportive, resourceful, and genuinely kind.

I’m grateful I joined HREPA, and I’m thankful for that first moment meeting Kayla and taking our picture together. It’s been nothing but a positive experience.

As a realtor, joining HREPA has strengthened my real estate knowledge and connected me with amazing realtors. I’m grateful for the support they provide, especially their commitment to empowering the Haitian community through education, resources, and guidance.

HREPA has empowered me to connect with industry professionals while keeping me informed with timely and relevant real estate and insurance insights.

HREPA’s commitment to building wealth in the community is what sets it apart. The organization provided the platform and resources for our non-profit to partner with large firms, which resulted in us successfully funding and completing an affordable housing initiative. If you want to use your real estate expertise for meaningful, collective impact, this is the network to be in.
